DELBIG - DATA DELETION REQUEST

This page is intended for users, tenant managers and relevant persons who wish to request data deletion for personal data, account data and integration data associated with the Delbig platform.
1. Scope
This data deletion process applies to data processed within the scope of services offered by Delbig. This includes https://delbig.com, https://app.delbig.com and integrations available through Delbig.
Deletion requests may cover the following categories of data:
- User account information
- CRM records
- Tenant/company information
- Messaging and communication records
- Integration connection data
- Data transferred to Delbig from connected services such as Meta/Facebook/WhatsApp or Google and processed by Delbig
2. How to submit a deletion request
To submit a data deletion request, please send an email to the address below:

Data Deletion Request
Please include as much of the following information as possible in your request:
- Full name
- The email address you use for your Delbig account
- Relevant tenant/company name
- The type of data or account you want deleted
- Relevant phone number, customer record, integration account or conversation record information, if any
- Whether you are making the request as the Delbig account owner, tenant administrator, employee user or data subject
3. Identity verification
For security reasons, we may verify identity and authorization before fulfilling data deletion requests. In this scope, we may request additional information or verification.
If the data is processed by Delbig on behalf of a tenant/company, the deletion request may need to be verified by the relevant tenant/company administrator.
4. Data that can be deleted
Upon a valid request and subject to legal retention obligations, the following data may be deleted, anonymized or made inaccessible:
- Delbig user account and profile data
- Contact, customer or communication records in the CRM
- Message contents, notes and associated conversation records
- Integration configurations and connection information
- Tokens and technical integration records stored by Delbig
- Support requests and related records
5. Data that may not be deleted immediately
Some data may not be deleted immediately for the following reasons:
- Legal obligations
- Accounting and billing records
- Security, fraud and abuse investigations
- Statutory retention requirements
- Records temporarily remaining in backup systems
In such cases, the data may be made inaccessible, processing may be restricted, or it may be retained until the end of the legal period and then deleted.
6. About Meta, Facebook and WhatsApp data
Delbig may provide Meta, Facebook and WhatsApp Business Platform integrations at the request of some tenant/company users.
A data deletion request may cover deletion of records kept in Delbig’s own systems. However, the separate data deletion processes of the relevant platforms apply to data kept in the systems of Meta, Facebook, WhatsApp or another third party.
Therefore, in some cases, a separate deletion or removal process may also need to be carried out through the relevant third-party platform.
7. Finalizing the request
Deletion requests are evaluated within a reasonable time depending on the nature of the request and verification requirements. If necessary, the user may be notified by email when the request is received, awaiting verification, being processed or finalized.
