Delbig can provide Meta, Facebook and WhatsApp Business Platform integrations upon the request of users or tenant\/company customers.<\/p>\n
In this context, Delbig:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Can process technical access information regarding the Meta\/WhatsApp assets of the connected business
\n\u2013 Can process messaging, webhook, delivery status and conversation logs
\n\u2013 Can display, save and associate customer contact data in CRM in line with the instructions of the business
\n\u2013 Can store access tokens, integration settings and technical verification information if necessary<\/p>\n
Delbig processes such platform data on behalf of the relevant tenant\/business and for the purpose of providing the relevant integration service. Delbig does not use platform data belonging to one tenant for the benefit of another tenant.<\/p>\n
Third-party platforms such as Meta, Facebook, WhatsApp or Google may also process data in their own systems. This policy covers Delbig's data processing activities only; The privacy policies of the relevant third parties also apply to their own data processing activities.<\/p>\n
6. Tech Provider \/ service provider role<\/p>\n
In some cases, Delbig can act as a technical service provider providing the communications, CRM and integration infrastructure used by a business.<\/p>\n
